When we become older we tend to move away from this habit. Milk is the most nutritionally complete drink. Milk contains many important vitamins and minerals in it. It is rich in vitamin A, B12, carbohydrates, magnesium and phosphorus. Milk helps in maintaining the bone mass throughout the lifecycle.
